Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
For orders under $75, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to the Internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Golden Mountain Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages

Golden Mountain Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.
